Nusa Penida & Lembongan Island

The islands of Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan are found off the south east coast of Bali. Various excellent dive sites with the possibility of meeting a Mola Mola (Sunfish).

Positioned on the edge of both the Badung and Lombok straits these islands fringe a deep seaway channel moving large volumes of water between the Indian Ocean and the Java Sea - so this is a brilliant spot to see BIG FISH!

We do 3 x dive mola mola day trips for guests who are staying with us (July to October) - average costs include:

  • Transport to and from
  • Drinks,
  • Lunch
  • 3 dives is
USD 195 per person or IDR 2.827.500 pp *
(* Note: this rate may change slightly depending on exchange rates etc - please email us for confirmation.)

Predominantly drift diving in this area – there are some excellent dive sites including Blue Corner, Crystal Bay, Toyapakeh and S.D.

Note: Blue Corner is an advanced dive due to the currents but most of the other sites are intermediate.

Lovely reefs with healthy hard and soft coral beds, plenty of fish life including sea snakes and blue ribbon eels - to name a few.

On the more advanced dives, it's the current that brings in the big fish, as they feed on the nutrient-rich water. Expect to see rays, (bull and spotted), manta, barracuda and if you are really lucky (usually between July through to October) the fabulous Mola Mola or Sunfish.
